What type of real estate services do you perform?

We are a full service real estate firm which means we can help you with any type of real estate transaction -  New Homes, Condos, Lots, Investments Property, Commercial Property and Rentals.  We can also help you with most builders in the Port St Lucie area so come to us 1st before you talk with some else.

What does this mean to us as customers?

Think of us as your new home specialist.  Having lived in Port St Lucie for 20 years now -  We know most of the local builders.  I can represent your interest with most of them - BUT be sure to see me 1st!  If you do go into any new home models - Do not "Sign In' or "Register" without me.  Otherwise you will be on your own and I will not be able to act as your representing agent.  That's the system.

What is the hardest part in obtaining a new home?

The real estate market in the Port St Lucie area is one of if not the number one real estate market in the country.  Thus, obtaining a lot to build your new home is the most important thing that needs to be done.  With the demand being so great, the lot prices have increased in value.  Obtaining your property as quickly as possible may be the best action you can take at this time.  Once purchased, I can help you with your decision as to what builder you would like to build your next home with. 

I notice that you have very high number of sales, what is your secret?

We are extremely computer literate and have a huge internet exposure.  As a result, we list and sell numerous types of properties through-out the South Florida region.  We are usually ranked on the 1^st page of Google search engine and many times are number one in searches relating to Port St Luce and Port St Lucie Real Estate.  This allows us to market people through-out the United States and in many cases other countries as well. It is not uncommon to have at least 150 inquires per week from customers looking to buy or sell in the Port St Lucie area.

What is the home buying process?

The first process is obtaining a piece of property.  This is made easier since we can plot on a map all properties currently available and allow you to visually see where all locations are.  We will then take you to each property you request and once identified, submit an offer on the property.  Once we obtain the property, we can then start the home hunting process. 

To help you with your home decisions, we will take you to several builders so you can see what is available and once a decision is made, will work with you and the builder through the negotiations process.  We can also direct you to several mortgage brokers in our area to assist you on obtaining a mortgage.

How do I obtain a lot?

Lot prices have been trending higher for the last several months and are currently an excellent investment. I list the latest lots available on my web page.  However, since the current market is so fluid, we review it daily. 

I am interested in investment properties, what are your recommendations.

At this point, lots, lots, lots are our recommendation for a good investment.  The prices for lots have increased steady the last several months and there seems to be no end in sight.   However, we cannot guarantee prices will continue to rise, especially with the possibility of interest rate increases.  But demand has been good and we can provide you with the latest lists of lots throughout the area and provide experience and knowledge to help with your decisions.

Things to remember?

1. If you visit any builders in the Port St Lucie area, please do not sign in or register with them, I cannot not help you with the building process.  That is the system.  So you need to contact me 1st.

2. Surprisingly, many customers forget to bring sufficient funds for a down payment, i.e., checkbook.  If you are planning to buy, make sure you consider how you will make a down payment.
